The problem
Everyone had opinions about language models and almost nobody had a method. The gap was not enthusiasm, it was a repeatable way of writing a prompt that survives contact with real client work.
What I built
A complete half day workshop, from the concept and the running order through the slides and the exercises to facilitating the session itself.
The exercises used material the participants actually had on their desks, so the output was usable the same week rather than a demo that stayed in the room.
What I took from it
Teaching a technique forces a much sharper definition of it than using the technique does. Preparing the session improved my own prompting more than any amount of practice had.
